Machu Picchu had been in my bucket list since high school and the moment I landed in Cuzco it was as if I had finally met up with an old friend. I spent a week traveling around Cuzco, Aguascalientes, Pisac, Saqsaywaman, Urubamba, Oyantaytambo and of course, Machu Picchu. The food, the people and it’s rich history was both a humbling and learning experience.
